What I did

• Analyzed the existing design system and evaluated component usage through qualitative research, helping shape new reusable UI patterns that improved design consistency
• Mapped key user journeys and interpreted user needs, providing recommendations that streamlined development workflows
• Facilitated weekly critiques and engagement sessions, communicating design concepts and research insights across the team
• Introduced evidence-led improvements to component documentation, making it easier for designers and developers to adopt new standards
• Coordinated with product managers and developers in a fast-paced agile environment
