Advanced simulation — July 2025

Data-driven research into customer spending habits to surface pain points and opportunities
Developed a Customer Value Proposition aligning user needs with business goals
Designed and delivered a stakeholder presentation communicating insights and proposed solutions
Practiced data synthesis, cross-functional collaboration, and defending design decisions

What I took away

Banking UX lives or dies on trust. The biggest insight from both simulations: users don’t want more features — they want fewer surprises around money.
